Your Space... Rediscovering Empowerment and Thriving
Geraldine N.Chukwueloka
BSN-PH, MSN-ED, RN, NC-BC
Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Nurse Coach.
Passionate advocate for mental wellness with over 30 years of Nursing healthcare experience.
Trained through the Transformative Nurse Coach Collective Coaching program and credentialed as an NC-BC, has dedicated my career to the intersection of Nursing and holistic well-being.

My work history over the past 13 years has focused on Mental Illness in Correctional healthcare, where the need for compassionate care runs deep.
The journey into nurse coaching was shaped by a deeply personal truth: that the quest for connectedness and the weight of mental stress are universal human experiences. That realization didn't just inform my practice; it transformed it. I believe that vulnerability isn't a pitfall, but a pivot. A doorway that opens to a greater understanding of self and self-worth.
Today, my mission is to partner with my clientele, who could be my fellow healthcare professionals, families, teens, and communities worldwide, to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental illness. This approach is rooted in empathy, authentic connection, and a faith-driven commitment to service qualities that have guided every step in my nursing career. As a West African-American immigrant, a mother of four, and a born again christian woman. I have navigated my own path of resilience. As such, I serve not just from expertise, but also from lived experience. My client will experience feeling seen, appreciated, and empowered. They will learn that healing begins with the courage to be honest about who they are and what they need, so that everyone they encounter benefits.
